What to expect

Your interview will be conducted by a real-time, voice-based AI interviewer. When you start your interview, you’ll see the recruiter’s icon and hear an AI voice asking you questions. After each question, answer out loud. When you finish speaking, click “Submit Answer” to continue. Your recording will be reviewed by a talent acquisition specialist.

If the AI recruiter stops talking

• • Try clicking the “Submit Answer” button on the interview page. This will prompt the AI to either repeat your response or proceed to the next question.
• • You can also restart the interview by refreshing the page, or click the X to cancel the interview and start again on a different device.

Tips for best results

• • Choose a quiet place with a stable internet connection.
• • Use headphones to reduce echo and background noise.
• • Keep answers focused. One to two minutes is usually enough.
• • You can test your camera and microphone later in the device check step.

Control and follow-up

• • You can finish the interview at any time.
• • After you click the “Finish Interview” button, you’ll be offered choices:
  request a live interview with a recruiter or restart the interview.
• • Once your recording has been reviewed, a talent acquisition specialist will contact you.
